Welcome to 2020! We are hosting a community information meeting to talk about development in and around our area, and where we are in the legislative process.  Guest speaker Matthew Lee with the Tucker-Northlake CID will talk about development and changes.  We will have Q&A time for those wanting more information.

When:  Thursday January 23, 2020 at 7 pm

Where: The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation - Ballroom at the Carlos Center 

            This is on the lower level of the large building on the northern side of the property - where you drive through for the food pickup at the Greek Festival.

Matthew Lee is the Executive Director of the Tucker Northlake CID. His parents attended Briarcliff HS, and he attended Tucker HS, so he's seen our area grow as a life long resident. He will cover some of the upcoming GDOT plans for 285 project and some of the MARTA possibilities, as well as the project growth for our area.

At this information session, we will discuss some of these areas:

• Feasibility
• Tax concerns
• The legislative process
• Development in the area
